With an experienced sales team, we offer all-Ireland coverage to our trade partners and Principals. Each sales rep is directly employed by T&R and is geographically based within the territory they cover, allowing them to reach more calls on a daily basis and build sustainable long-term relationships with the retailers they call to. All our sales reps are equipped with state of the art handheld technology for order capture and processing on a real time basis. 

Along with our field sales team we offer a merchandising solution building brand visibility and distribution through the retailer network.

Through our in-house category insights team, we work with our principals and retailers to provide category solutions by utilizing our comprehensive analysis of the up to date market data, identifying market trends and understanding consumer shopper behavior to help build localized brand and marketing plans. 

Our category insights team collaborate with retailers to build in-store planograms ensuring they drive growth not only for T&R brands but for the category.

Warehousing & Distribution

Our warehousing operates from two main locations both of them close to Dublin Port and to all of the main arterial routes. Both locations have live links to the Head Office and run Fully Integrated WMS systems.

Citywest Business Park offers 100,000 square foot of modern high bay temperature-controlled warehousing, boasting 10,000 unique pallet spaces and 2,000 unique picking locations, and is HPRA Certified. 

Allied Industrial Estate offers a total of 80,000 square foot which is split into three chambers with 20,000 square foot temperature-controlled warehousing, 5,000 unique pallet spaces and 1,500 unique picking locations. 

All warehouse staff have relevant training including certification in GDP (Good Distribution Practices). 

T&R operate a modern dedicated fleet of various sized vehicles servicing all sectors of the Irish Market. This dedicated fleet is supplemented by third party fleets for seasonal peaks and peripheral geographic areas. With the assistance of advanced technology T&R can offer Hybrid Route to Market options.

We operate with a fully integrated IT platform that ensures live and up to date information is accessible and available to us, our principals and customers at all times. Using this platform, it allows us to effectively manage our warehouse and stocks in terms of availability and stock rotation with weekly and monthly demand planning and forecasting tools. 

Our reporting systems allows for ongoing sales analysis including promotions, distributions, customer sales, brand and product sales and gap analysis to explore opportunities for further growth and development. All this information is provided to our principals in an open and transparent way and access to the reporting system if required is also possible.

National Account Management

We have an experienced national account management team, with excellent trade relationships, who work closely with the accounts they manage to build our brands at a store level to ensure the right products are in the right accounts and achieving the desired results both for the account and the brand.

Our national account management team manage all aspects of each key account covering key areas around joint business planning, promotional execution & full P&L for each customer.

Each Principal is assigned an internal experienced brand manager, who acts as the day to day liaison for the Principal.

The brand management team manage all aspects of the brand covering key areas around promotional planning and execution, marketing initiatives, stock forecasting and are responsible for the P&L for each brand.

The brand management team work closely with the national account management team to ensure the strategies of each brand are in place with the key customers.
